The Interim Report on Civil Justice Reform was published on 21 November 2001 for consultation.  The consultation period ended on 30 June 2002.  During the consultation exercise, a total of 96 responses were received from various sectors of the community. 工作小組於2001年11月21日發表關於民事司法制度改革的《中期報告》，向公眾諮詢意見。諮詢期於2002年6月30日完結。諮詢期內，工作小組共收到96項來自社會各界的回應。
