The Working Party's view
The Working Party fully accepts the importance of the matters canvassed in the five
proposals under discussion. Any reforms implemented must be properly resourced
and supported by appropriate training programmes. Where information technology
offers efficiencies, enhancements should be implemented if likely to be cost-effective.
Reforms introduced should be continuously monitored.
