The Chief Justice appointed a Working Party in February 2000 to review the civil rules and procedures of High Court.
The Working Party published an Interim Report and Consultative Paper in November 2001. A period of public consultation followed.
The Working Party's Final Report was published in March 2004.
These Reports explore ways of improving the cost-effectiveness of our system of civil procedure and of reducing complexity and delays in litigation.
